Professor Lu has long engagement in Anatomy and Sports Biomechanics teaching and research with main focus on biomechanics of human movement analysis, functional capacity and health promotion. Professor Lu was a former dean of Shanghai Institute of Sports and deputy director of the Institute of Sports Biomechanics Association; and chief Librarian of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education Department.
