Professor Sun is a director of Hua-dong hospital at Fudan University, East China Hospital Clinical Nutrition Center; she served as an expert for Ministry of Health, Nutrition Standards Committee, Chinese health food evaluation; a vice chairman and secretary general for Shanghai Research Association. She is specialized in the treatment of various diseases, nutrition, diabetes dietary management, nutrition risk screening assessment and health management.
